1. Month-to-Month Cancellation
Your monthly service subscription ($300 USD/month) has no lock-in contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your client portal or by emailing billing@apexreception.ai. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day billing cycle.
2. Merchant of Record Billing
All refunds and payment adjustments are initiated through AgentaOS and returned to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wire) within 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
